Great Olympics are one of the club’s exhibiting the form of their lives in the 2020/21 Ghana premier league.
The “Dade Boys” have caused a stare this season having recorded wins over Asante Kotoko and regional rivals, Hearts of Oak in the first round and holding the Porcupine Warriors to a goalless draw in the second.
Coach Annor Walker has been able to transform his side into title contenders in a space of a year.
However, captain of the club, Gladson Awako believes the title race must be done with caution.
“You see how the league is going, you win today, you are at the top, you lose, you are coming down.
“So you can’t come out now and say that we want to win the league, so we will take it game after game,” he told Joy Sports.
“When we get there and see we have the chance to, we will do that.” Awako concluded.
Great Olympics dispatched regional rivals, Liberty Professionals 2-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium on match day 22.
The two time Ghana premier league holders have 34 points seated 3rd from 22 matches.
Great Olympics travel to WAFA on Friday, April 7 for matchday 23 of the Ghana Premier League.
