Red hot Nigerian striker, Kelechi Iheanacho was on target for Leicester City as their winning run was halted by strugglers, Newcastle United at the King Power Stadium.
Iheanacho and fellow Nigerian, Wilfred Ndidi featured for the Foxes who lost 4-2 to the Magpies in the Friday English Premier league game.
The 24-year-old was adjudged premier league player of the month last week following his high performance rate.
On loan Arsenal product, Joseph Willock fired Newcastle into the lead with just 22 minutes played.
Paul Dummett doubled the lead for the Toons in the 34th minute of the game hypnotizing the home side in the process.
Back from the break, Newcastle held on to the double lead before adding a third on the 64th minute from the boot of Callum Wilson.
Leicester City were dealt a slight blow when Iheanacho was yellow carded in the 72nd minute.

Kelechi Iheanacho who has been in fantastic shape for his side, pulled a second consolation for Leicester in the 87th minute but it was too late to rescue any point.

Iheanacho enjoyed full time with midfielder, Ndidi playing 63 minutes of the game.
Notwithstanding the heavy defeat, Leicester City still maintain the 3rd spot with 63 points from 35 games.
