Asante Kotoko winger, Emmanuel Gyamfi is now brimming with confidence ahead of the remaining 2020/21 Ghana premier league matches.
The speedster’s brace on the 29th and the 50th minute gave the Porcupine Warriors a 2-1 win over Ebusua Dwarfs in match day 24 at the Len Clay Stadium on Wednesday.
Gyamfi who was adjudged man-of-the-match against Dwarfs says they will fight for every three points at stake.
“It’s a great feeling to be here because we are very happy with the result.
“The points are very close so it was our aim to claim all the three points so we can better our position at the top.
“Every team prepares well to win the league so it’s our target.
“We are not competing with anybody but it’s our aim to win three points in all our games.
“We prepare differently for every game so we shall fight and give off our best to keep getting all the three points.” Emmanuel Gyamfi said.
With Medeama SC and Great Olympics failing to record wins, the record league holders jumped to the top of the table with 41 points from 24 matches.
Kotoko’s sworn rivals, Hearts of Oak, Medeama and Great Olympics share 40 points in second but all on goal difference.
