Hearts of Oak midfielder, Daniel Kodie has promised to remain loyal to the club following a successful surgery.
A group of experienced medical staff at the Netcare Linksfield Hospital in South Africa completed the surgery for the player on Friday, May 14, 2021.
The player, who is recovering from the surgery is expected home in Ghana in a week.
The hard tackling midfielder will continue his rehabilitation program at the Blue Valley medical Centre.
The former Liberty Professionals midfielder expressed his gratitude to Hearts of Oak and promised to remain loyal to the oak family.
“I am grateful to Hearts and especially to the Board Chairman. I really appreciate his support because without that my career would have ended abruptly. I will forever be grateful to him and promise to remain loyal to this club. This is the greatest thing that has happened to my career”.
“ I also thank the medical team here and I will be committed to the rehabilitation instructions that will be required to complete the healing process. Am optimistic to get back to the team to contribute my quota to the success of the club”. Kodie told the club’s website.
