Ghana winger, Christopher Antwi-Adjei is delighted to return to the German top flight.
The 27-year-old signed a 3-year deal with newly promoted Bundesliga club, VFL Bochum for the 2021/22 season.
Adjei is not new to the Bundesliga having featured for relegated Pederbon SC.
He is Bochum’s first signing of the summer transfer window and cannot wait to hit the ground running.
“I am looking forward to more than one aspect: I am looking forward to the upcoming challenges with VfL, I am happy to have signed with a traditional club.
“I am looking forward to many games in a beautiful stadium – hopefully soon again in front of spectators – and I’m particularly happy to be wearing the VfL Bochum jersey.” Christopher Antwi-Adjei said.
Adjei made 31 appearances for Pederbon in the German Bundesliga II.
He scored four times, providing just a single assist in the 2020/21 league season.
He is capped just once by the Black Stars of Ghana, making his debut against São Tomé in the 2019 AFCON qualifiers.
