Head coach of Aduana Stars, Asare Bediako has said that strategizing to beat big boys, Hearts of Oak, Asante Kotoko, Medeama and others is very easy.
His comments come on the backdrop of their preparations to welcome the record Ghana league holders to the Nana Agyemang Badu Park on Saturday, May 29 for match day 27 of the 2020/21 Ghana premier league.
Kotoko trail rivals, Hearts of Oak on goal difference at the top of the league table with both on 46 points after 26 matches.
Hearts of Oak welcome Berekum Chelsea to Accra for week 27 fixture.
With Kotoko facing an arduous task of beating Aduana Stars, coach Asare Bediako wants to compound the Porcupine’s difficulty on the road to Dormaa.
“I’m not the person who is going to make Kotoko beat Aduana, I will never allow it.
“I won’t let my name go to the history books that when this coach was there, Kotoko beat Aduana, no I won’t let that happen.
“Kotoko is a very good side I know, technically and all they are good.
“Strategizing against Kotoko, Hearts of Oak and the big clubs is very simple.
“You get the quality, play makers who you should stop and they are finished.
“But look at Legon Cities, you won’t get let’s say any exceptional player to play him out and distabilize them but you have that one in Kotoko, you have that one in Hearts, you have that one in Medeama, you have that one Olympics so if you strategize well, you can win easily.” Asare Bediako told Pure fm.
Aduana Stars were sharp against Medeama in week 25 beating the Mauve and Yellow 2-0 but declined in performance, falling by the same score line to struggling Legon Cities in match day 26 in Accra.
The former Ghana league champions sit 8th with 39 points from 26 matches.
