Head coach of Aduana Stars, Asare Bediako has alluded their goalless draw against Kotoko in the 2020/21 league game to “ill luck.”
Kotoko held the “Ogya Boys” to a stalemate at the Agyemang Badu Park in match day 27 on Saturday.
Coach Asare Bediako’s last five games have earned him an impressive 10 points out of a possible 15.
The former Hearts of Oak assistant trainer wanted all three points against Kotoko.
“Today I will say luck didn’t smile on us, that’s what I will say.
“I think it was a 50-50 game, at a time you will be possessing and at a time you see them possessing.
“So it was a 50-50 game, we got the chances we couldn’t score.
“We mapped up some strategy that if you don’t know football, you will think they[Kotoko] are dominating but we were just looking for some individual players, Mudasiru and Gama and you know they were perfect players, good players.
“So we mapped up some strategy to break them down, to stop them from coming.” Asare Bediako said.
Aduana have collected 40 points from 27 matches seated 8th on the league table.
Aduana Stars will next play Dwarfs at the Cape Coast Stadium in match day 28 on Sunday, June 6 at 3:00pm.
