Obuasi AshantiGold were pinned down by Asante Kotoko in match day 28.
A cross from left back, Patrick Asmah was beautifully connected by Kotoko’s Brazil import, Fabio Gama in the 22nd minute.
It was the only goal that separated the two sides with the scorer, Fabio Gama adjudged the best player.
Deputy AshantiGold coach, Thomas Duah says his side failed to take the chances.
“We played all the football but we didn’t take our chances.
“I think it’s hard luck because we didn’t play badly.
“On Sunday we are playing a home game and we will try to win.” Thomas Duah said.
