It is very refreshing to be courting numerous interest from clubs abroad as a footballer.
Such news goes to confirm that, a player has either put out great performances seasons in and out or is currently a hot cake.
Former Ghana U-20 defender, Ishaku Konda has opened up to such news.
The former Asokwa Deportivo player plies his trade in Estonia with Paide FC, yet he claims to be on the radar of many European clubs following a respectable performance last season.
“I’m aware that clubs from different countries have shown interest in me but I’ve directed everything to my agent so I can focus on my play,” Konda told Kumasi based OTEC FM.
The 21-year-old, who once played for the defunct Wa All Stars has named Czech Republic as one of the countries where the interests have come from.
“So far, clubs from countries such as Czech Republic and other undisclosed ones have shown interest in me and my agency is working on it.” Konda added.
The central defender made 11 appearances, one assist with no goals for Paide FC last season.
Konda was a member of Ghana’s 2019 Africa Youth Championship squad in Niger where he played three matches.
