Asante Kotoko striker, Evans Adomako has said that, his brace against lower tier side, Thunderbolt FC will spur him on to score more in the Ghana league.
Adomako registered a double in Kotoko’s 3-1 victory over Thunderbolt in the MTN FA Cup round 32 on Saturday.
Adomako, who joined Kotoko from troubled Division One club, Phar Rangers, believes his double is a good sign.
“One thing I know here is, when it comes to Kumasi Asante Kotoko, we don’t have easy game.
“So this kind of game [FA Cup] especially for me scoring two goals in this game [against Thunderbolt] will boost my morale for the upcoming games.” Evans Adomako said.
The 23-year-old prior to joining the Porcupine Warriors had stints in Slovenia with four different clubs.
He has also played for Gomel in the Belarusian top flight in the 2016/17 league season.
Asante Kotoko have moved into round 16 of the competition which has their rivals, Hearts of Oak who thumped another lower tier side, Windy Professionals 4-1 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
