Ex-Kotoko midfielder, Joe Agyemang has hailed the qualities of Fabio Gama but wants equally quality players paired with him to fully bring out his potential.
The Brazil import has been a revelation for the Porcupine Warriors, silencing the multitude who described him as a “washed up” player upon his arrival.
His presence in Kotoko’s midfield cannot be underestimated as he has won two man-of-the-match awards in the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League as a result of his good display.
Joe Agyemang believes for the 28-year-old to give off his utmost, Kotoko’s technical team must pair him with equally good players.
“Fabio Gama is a very good player but we [Kotoko] must get good players around him, that will help him.
“He needs good players around him because he is a ball juggler and has great skills.
“If we don’t get good players to partner him, it will be difficult.” Joe Agyemang said.
