Ex-Ghana youth international, Bright Addae is eying a win for Asante Kotoko over Hearts of Oak in their week 31 fixture of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
The two sides will clash at the Accra Sports Stadium in the second round of the league having drawn goalless in the first.
A win for any of the side will see them stretch their lead as they share 53 points apiece on top of the league going into their week 30 game.
Hearts of Oak play Legon Cities FC in Accra with Kotoko taking on Karela at the Len Clay Stadium in match day 30.
Addae, who played for the defunct WA All Stars, now Legon Cities FC, wishes his boyhood club wins the day.
“I will advice the fans to come with clear minds and not to misbehave on the day.
“I wish Kotoko wins on that day.” Addae told Hot fm of Accra.
Bright Addae is however nurturing a dream of playing for Kotoko before he calls time on his career.
“I will want to play for Asante Kotoko for maybe a season after my stay abroad. He concluded.
The 28-year-old now plies his trade in Romania for Hermannstadt. He had a five year stint with ASCOLI Calcio where he became the first Ghanaian to captain the side.
He last played for Juve Stabia of Italy prior to joining Hermannstadt.
