Head coach of Berekum Chelsea, Seth Hoffman has admitted that, until the last four games in the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League are cleared, some clubs in mid-table are not safe from relegation.
Chelsea defeated Elmina Sharks 2-1 in match day 30 at the Golden City Park to increase their chances of playing premier league football next season.
The former Ghana champions will next play strugglers, Eleven Wonders in a regional derby in match day 31 on Saturday and Seth Hoffman has been talking about the clash.
“It’s [against Eleven Wonders] going to be a difficult derby game but let me assure the fans that, with this victory [against Elmina Sharks] we will focus and we believe that we will return with either the three points or a point.
There are four matches to end the season with clubs in mid-table needing points to stay afloat.
Berekum Chelsea have 37 points from 30 matches and currently sit 10th on the league log.
The former Hearts of Oak coach is aware of the fact that they need to keep winning.
“Until we play the four matches [we are not safe] but let me tell you, as for relegation, we are not going to relegation.
“We will survive, this time we are just playing to move out to the 8th, 9th or 10th position.” Seth Hoffman said
