Hearts of Oak forward, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh has named club coach, Samuel Boadu as his biggest inspiration.
The CAF U-20 winning captain has been a revelation for the Phobians especially after returning from Ghana’s youth tournament triumph in Mauritania.
He has scored two goals, providing three assists for the Phobians and has credited coach Samuel Boadu for his exploits.
The 19-year-old was adjudged man-of-the-match Hearts of Oak’s 2020/21 Ghana premier league win over Legon Cities FC.
“It is my coach[Samuel Boadu]. He always tells me I can do it.
“Those that are in Europe, they are not much better than me, so I should keep on working hard and I can do it.” Daniel Barnieh said.
