Accra Hearts of Oak’s 1-0 victory over Asante Kotoko in match day 31 of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League, has unraveled a lot of hidden fans in the country and abroad.
Music stars, politicians and other celebrities have all joined the party ever since the Phobians stunned their rivals to go three points clear off their rivals on the league table.
The latest to declare his support for the Phobians is former Inter Allies midfielder, Isaac Twum who currently plies his trade with Norwegian top flight side, Mjoendalen.
The 23-year-old has praised the quality exhibited by the 2000 CAF Champions League winners and is confident they will win the 2020/21 league title.
“I am a die hard Hearts fan, l will be more than happy if they win the League.
“I think they’re in good position now after beating Asante Kotoko 1-0 last Sunday to open 3 points gap.
“The players have really worked hard and they deserve this success.” Isaac Twum told Frank Agyam of Topical Radio in Hamburg, Germany.
Hearts of Oak have 59 points from 31 matches, three better than Kotoko on 56. The league three games to wrap the season.
Twum previously played his football for Heart of Lions and Inter Allies in the Ghana Premier League.
He was the skipper in the Local Black Stars 2017 WAFU Tournament triumph in Ghana.
Twum was on the roaster of IK Start of Norway before joining Mjoendalen.
