GPL: Keep your eyes on the three remaining games – Isaac Twum urges Hearts of Oak

The 2020/21 Ghana Premier League has three games to wrap-up with Hearts of Oak leading the log ahead of rivals, Asante Kotoko.

The Phobians have 59 points as against Kotoko’s 56 after 31 matches played.

The Phobians have a date against Ebusua Dwarfs in match day 32 at the Cape Coast Stadium on Sunday, July 4.

Former Inter Allies midfielder and a staunch supporter of Hearts of Oak, Isaac Twum has urged the side to keep their eyes on the remaining fixtures.

“I will urge the entire team to stay focused and give their all at this moment.

“Because anything can happen in the last 3 matches especially their last game against WAFA.

“It’s easy to go to Sogakope and win and any slip can offer Kotoko opportunity to overtake them.” Isaac Twum told Frank Agyam of Germany based Topical Radio.

Hearts of Oak are gunning for their first league title in over a decade after last winning it in 2009.

The Phobians, who are the record Ghana FA Cup holders, have the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup as well as the Super Cup in their wardrobe.

Winning the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League will take Hearts back into continental football which they would want to achieve this season.
