Karela United FC were tipped as title contenders prior to the start of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season.
The Anyinase based club started the season on a good note with their dreaded Crosby Awuah Memorial Park almost becoming a no go area for clubs.
Karela have however dropped out of the top four with two games to end the season.

They have 46 points seated 8th on the league log and coach Prince Koffie is confident they will finish on a high despite the recent setbacks.
“We are still focused, we are going back to the drawing board, restrategize and come back strongly.
“We have the temperament to finish harder, we are going to work very hard, we will reorganize the team and come back stronger.” Prince Koffie said.
Karela United lost 3-2 to Liberty Professionals in their week 32 fixture at the Sogakope Park last Sunday.
Before the defeat to Liberty, they had lost two straight games, 2-1 away to Asante Kotoko and 4-1 at home to Ebusua Dwarfs.
They will be at home to WAFA in match day 33 on Sunday, July 11.
