Technical Director of French club, Stade Rennais, Florian Maurice has expressed confidence in the qualities of their latest acquisition, Kamaldeen Sulemana.
The Ghana international will have a change of environment after joining French club Stade Rennais in a record deal this week.

The 19-year-old signed a 5-year deal worth €15 million from Danish top flight side, Nordsjaelland, becoming the fifth Ghanaian to play for the French Ligue 1 club.
Rennais shrugged off competition from Dutch giant, Ajax Amsterdam and English clubs, Manchester United and Liverpool to snap up the Right to Dream Academy product.

Sulemana’s new life at the French outfit is expected to be a fruitful one after a sterling outing in Denmark.
Technical Director of Stade Rennais, Florian Maurice is confident Kamaldeen will make a difference despite finding himself in a new terrain.

“We wanted to strengthen our attack. He is a player capable of evolving both on the sides but also in the axis. He scores goals and knows how to make the last pass. He has enormous qualities, he has speed and percussion. He can make differences,” he told the club’s website.
Sulemana had an impressive campaign in the Danish Superliga last season where he scored 10 goals, provided 8 assists in 29 games.
He is expected to stay at the club until 2026 barring any unforeseen circumstances.
