The Reds looked the better side with African trio, Mohammed Salah, Sadio Mané and Naby Keita looking threatening in front of the opponent’s goal area with Ghana’s Jordan Ayew failing to rescue Crystal Palace.
Liverpool shot themselves into the lead with 43 minute played in match week five.
A corner kick by Konstantinos Tsimikas was headed towards goal by Egypt winger, Mohammed Salah. Vicente Guaita in goal for Crystal Palace poorly parried the header away with Sadio Mané taking advantage to coolly fire home Liverpool’s first goal.
Mohammed Salah doubled Liverpool’s lead at 78th minute with a beautiful left footed strike after Virgil Van Dijk sent in a ball into Crystal Palace goal area.
The most beautiful goal on the day was the third from Guinea midfielder, Naby Keita. Palace goalkeeper, Vicente Guaita punched a high ball straight to Keita who smashed a long ranger to end the game at 3-0 for Liverpool.
The trio have scored a combined seven goals this season with Sadio Mané on 3, Salah on 4 and Keita on 1.
Jurgen Klopp’s men are now top of the table with 13 points from five matches with Manchester United and Chelsea who are on 10 points yet to kick their week five game.
