Newly appointed head coach of Nzema Kotoko, Seth Hoffman has talked about how he will drive forward the course of the club in next season’s Division One league which starts on November 19.
Seth Hoffman has been offered a new platform to display his technical prowess in the 2021/22 Ghana’s tier football season. The platform to do so is however a new terrain and a step downward from the his previous Ghana Premier League experience.Hoffman has been appointed to handle Division One League club, Nzema Kotoko for the next two years with the aim of bringing in his vast experience from the top flight into helping Nzema Kotoko qualify for next season’s Ghana Premier League.
Seth Hoffman said he will need commitment from the playing body to be able to achieve the club’s set target.
“I’m the type wherever I go I don’t sack players, I make sure I work with the players psychologically, mentally, make sure what has been hidden in them has to come out.
“So that at the end of the day, the best has to come out from the players.
“Totally I’m a very disciplined coach and I like hardworking players and committed and I believe that the players that they have registered are going to be committed so that we will work.” Seth Hoffman said during his unveiling session.
Seth Hoffman’s previous coaching experience include a caretaker role at 21 time and current Ghana Premier League holders, Accra Hearts of Oak. He once handled the Phobians’ feeder club Auroras.
He had another spell at Hearts of Oak’s regional rivals, Accra Great Olympics before taking up the baton at former Premier League champions, Berekum Chelsea for the 2020/21 season.
