Former Chief Executive Officer, Samuel Opoku Nti has warned league champions, Hearts of Oak against sacking their head coach, Samuel Boadu.
The young trainer has come under intense pressure from the fans following a poor start to the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.
The Phobians have gone four matches without a win – only managing three draws and a defeat after week four.

The results have left some Phobians fans calling for the head of coach Samuel Boadu but Opoku Nti believes it will be disastrous to show the former Medeama coach the exit.
“It will be disastrous should Hearts Of Oak decides to part ways with their coach Samuel Boadu.

“The only solution now is for the management and supporters to come together at this point and support the technical team and the players.” Opoku Nti told Kumasi based Akoma fm.

Hearts of Oak drew goalless in the opening day to Legon Cities FC at the Accra Sports Stadium before picking yet another point in a 1-1 draw to West Africa Football Academy in Sogakope.

The 2000 CAF Champions League winners were held to a 1-1 draw in Accra by two time champions, Aduana Stars in week three before losing 2-0 to AshantiGold in the fourth week at the Len Clay Stadium.
Hearts of Oak have date with Berekum Chelsea at home but are likely to miss it due to their CAF Confederation Cup tie against Algeria club, Jeunesse Sportive de Saoura. The first leg comes up in Accra in November 28 before the second leg in December.
