King Faisal teenager, Zubairu Ibrahim is left ecstatic after scoring three times against Asante Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday.
The 17-year-old displayed pure talent and intelligence in front of goal when King Faisal put three past the Porcupine Warriors who replied twice in week six of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League.

The youngster grabbed the opener three minutes into the first half much to the shock of the home fans.
He went on to score twice in the 14th and 68th minute with Kotoko pulling two goals back from Cameroonian striker, Mfegue Omgba on the 48th and the 72nd minutes.

Zubairu Ibrahim said: “I was confident we would be able to play the game because if you look at our first, second and the third matches, you could see that there is hope.
“I thank God [for the 3 goals] because if you score three goals against a big team, you have to be happy.

“The confidence you have when playing against them and scoring three goals, I have to thank God.
“I believe King Faisal can do something in the ongoing league.” Zubairu Ibrahim told Eli Kondo of StarTimes.

King Faisal are now at par with Kotoko on 13 points but sit top of the league log and will next travel to the Aliu Mahama Stadium in week seven against Real Tamale United.
