League leaders, Asante Kotoko and fourth place club, Bechem United sold out a barren week 19 fixture at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park in a sweltering Tuesday afternoon.
The first round meeting between the two sides ended 2-0 for Kotoko at the Baba Yara Stadium to make it a second straight win for the Porcupine Warriors.
The Hunters held their guns this time having gone all home games unbeaten to pull a point.
Head coach, Kasim Mingle has rued his side’s profligacy in the stalemate.
“We couldn’t take our chances, football is about goals.
“No matter how you play, we have the chances, we squander them them, that’s what happens.
“In the first half you have seen the game, we had the golden opportunity to score we failed.

“I’m not happy about the chances we couldn’t take.” Kasim Mingle said at the post match press conference.
Bechem United have 31 points, ten less than Asante Kotoko and will next travel to the Nduom Stadium as guests of Elmina Sharks on Sunday, March 13 at 3:00pm.
