Tanzania club, Simba SC have reportedly shown interest in Nigerien and former Legon Cities FC forward, Victorien Adebayor.
Adebayor, 25, currently plies his trade with native club, Union Sportive de la Gendarmerie Nationale [USGN] on loan from Egypt club, ENPPI after a journey across the continent and Europe.
Adebayor started off professionally at Nigerien side, AS Douanes before switching camp to French lower tier side, US Raon-L’étape.
He returned home to join AS GNN after a season’s spell in France before he was snapped up by then Ghana Premier League club, Inter Allies which now plays in Division One.
His first move to Vejle failed but will later be sent on loan to another Danish club, HB Koege after an impressive output with the Capelli Boys in Ghana but will struggle to command a regular shirt while on loan.

The left footed forward returned to GHANA and played on loan for Legon Cities FC in the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League season and later had stints with Egypt outfit, ENPPI before finally settling at home with USGN.

He will be a good addition to Simba SC’s squad who currently lie second in the Tanzanian top flight league table with 37 points – eight points behind Young Africans.

US Gendarmerie are away to Ivorians, ASEC Mimosas on Sunday, March, 13 for the fourth CAF Confederation Cup Group D clash.
They are third in the group with 4 points from three games behind ASEC in second and RSB Berkane in first.
