Hearts of Oak head coach, Samuel Boadu will face his former side, Medeama SC in week 23 of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League on Saturday.
The Phobians, treble winners from last season, host the Mauve and Yellow at the Accra Sports Stadium in a battle of 5th and 6th place clubs.
Samuel Boadu, who joined Hearts of Oak from Medeama and went on to claim treble last season, is prepared to clash with his former club at 3:00pm.
“Medeama, we are going to prepare and meet them. “The pitch will decide.” Samuel Boadu told StarTimes.
The 21 time champions are coming into the game from a week 22 goalless draw against Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park on Wednesday.
Hearts of Oak sit 6th on the league table with 33 points with Medeama three points above them in 5th after 22 games.
The Phobians are also through to the quarter finals of the MTN FA Cup after dispatching Elmina Sharks 8-7 on penalty shootouts at the Accra Sports Stadium.
