Head coach of Asante Kotoko, Prosper Narteh Ogum is not moved by their next opponent, Hearts of Oak in week 24.
Kotoko host their bitter rivals at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday, April 10 in a third “Super 2” clash this season.
The first round clash between the two sides ended goalless at the Accra Sports Stadium before Hearts stunned Kotoko 2-1 to lift the President’s Cup at the same venue.
Both sides go into the game with slim victories from week 23 with Hearts piping Medeama 1-0 in Accra and Kotoko recording same score line against city rivals, King Faisal at the Baba Yara Stadium last weekend.
Prosper Narteh is looking forward to the Hearts of Oak clash after posting a sweet revenge against King Faisal.
“They [two games] are not difficult games as you are seeing it.
“They are normal games, we will play them, the captain is not there.
“We try and see how we can sharpen the other central defenders to fit into the game plan.
“So to me we are ready and we are going to pick it game by game, we are very confident.” Prosper Narteh Ogum told StarTimes.
Kotoko have 49 points on top of the 2021/22 league table from 23 games and are 13 points ahead of Hearts of Oak who sit 4th.
