Asante Kotoko suffered their third defeat of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season against Real Tamale United on Sunday.
The Porcupine Warriors were beaten 2-1 by the the premier league returnees at the Aliu Mahama Stadium in week 25.
The loss did not go down well with head coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum.
“I think they lost their focus on the field, most of the things that they were doing especially with the ball were not the things that they were supposed to do.
“They were too individualistic on the field, most of the players didn’t play as a unit, as a team and I think that actually affected us.” Prosper Narteh Ogum told StarTimes.
The defeat was too little to change Kotoko’s lead on top of the log as the 52 points maintains the eight points gap ahead of second placed side, Bechem United who lost 3-2 to Eleven Wonders in Techiman.
