Head coach of Hearts of Oak, Samuel Boadu has said that Salifu Ibrahim will help the club a great deal if he is always fully fit.
The midfielder has grappled with injuries in the past months and that has led to loss of game time in the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season.
He was a starter in the Phobians’ 3-0 victory over city rivals, Accra Lions at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday in week 26.
Samuel Boadu was elated at the performance and craves the former Eleven Wonders diminutive midfielder stays fit always.
“Salifu [Ibrahim] is doing well and his performance was on point today,” Samuel Boadu told StarTimes.
“If you saw the accuracy in his passes and I hope that if Salifu [Ibrahim] is fully fit, if will help Hearts of Oak.” He added.
Daniel Afriyie Barnieh scored a brace with Isaac Agyenim Boateng scoring Hearts of Oak’s second goal in between the double.
Hearts of Oak move into 4th on the league table with 40 points from 26 games.
