Hearts of Oak have been impressive lately, recording six goals in their last two matches of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier season.
The defending champions sent three goals past city rivals, Accra Lions in week 26 in Accra before pummeling loud mouthed Dreams FC in the subsequent week 3-1 at the same venue but this time in a home game.
Head coach of the club, Samuel Boadu says scoring many goals is the hallmark of the 21 time league holders.
“It was a very nice game, both teams played well.
“As you know Dreams FC, they are tactically good but two matches six goals that’s what we are expecting.
“That’s our hallmark but it’s quite unfortunate it got to a time that people didn’t see our goal scoring.
“But with the advice that they gave us, we have worked on it.” Samuel Boadu told StarTimes.
The victory lifts the 2000 CAF Champions League winners into 3rd – 12 points behind leaders and sworn rivals, Asante Kotoko with seven games to wrap up the season.
The Phobians are also eying a record 12th FA Cup title having qualified for the semi finals of the competition they won last season.
