Hearts of Oak forward, Benjamin Yorke has managed barely 10 league appearances in the 2021/22 league season but always makes an impact when given game time.
The 25-year-old ebony black star has a goal to his name but has shown glimpses of the quality he is made of in few games either as a starter or a substitute.
He was voted MVP in Hearts of Oak’s 3-1 week 27 win over Dreams FC at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.
He speaks to StarTimes about what has kept him in form despite the few game time.
“Football is all about time. If your time comes you will play.
“My personal training has pushed me farther. “I was not deterred by the lack of playing time.
“I kept training constantly so any time I get the opportunity I have to deliver.” Benjamin Yorke told StarTimes.
Hearts of Oak have now jumped into 3rd spot on the league table following straight wins in their last two games.
