Chief Executive of Arthur Legacy, Oliver Arthur has told Gold Sports why Ghanaian players have flourished in the Italian League in the past years.
The renowned player intermediary has on his roaster current Black Stars striker, Felix Afena Gyan and he spoke to told Gold Sports about how the likes of Stephen Appiah, John Mensah, Sulley Muntari,Asamoah Gyan, Agyemang Badu just to mention a just few had a bright career in the Seria A.
“I think that it is their way of schooling, their will of training.
“Because when players play in Italy, they are open to the world because the kind of training that they go through, the kind of tactical discipline that the Italians have.
“Once you play in Italian, you learn those traits, you learn those culture and then it becomes part of you.
“So any player who passes through the Italian system is always able to play everywhere.” Oliver Arthur told Radio Gold Sports.
