Ex-Ghana defender, John Paintsil has ruled out any psychological effect ahead of the Black Stars second international friendly against Nicaragua.
The Black Stars, who lost 3-0 in their first pre World Cup exercise against Brazil in Le Havre, France face Nicaragua on Tuesday, September 27 in Spain.
Paintsil says the team will go into the second game mentally stable despite the initial setback against the Seleçao.
“I don’t think this will play psychological part on these boys, psychologically it’s not going to affect them.
“Because they are all experienced, they have played in Europe and they understand that, this game is part of our preparations and also the message that will come from the coach will motivate them.
“That will help them out this result behind because they have a coach, an experienced coach who has tasted the water before and he know how to manage those players.
“So Otto Addo will sit down for these kind of results through these three matches to affect the players.” John Paintsil told Radio Gold Talk Sport.
