Ex-Asante Kotoko midfielder, Michael Akuffo has described his time with the Porcupine Warriors as the best in his career.
The 35-year-old enjoyed a trophy laden career that spanned between 2010 and 2018.
Several Ghana Premier League trophies, FA Cups, Super Cups and other titles are part of his silverwares while at Kotoko.
He said: “Kumasi Asante Kotoko has been the best for me in playing in the local league because of the mileage it has given me.
“I’m a proud player and I feel very happy to that I was able to represent the club.” Michael Akuffo told Radio Gold Sports.
Akuffo who has featured for Feyenoord now WAFA, has called time on his career and currently studying sports coaching at the University of Education in Winneba.
He doubles as the assistant coach at struggling Ghana Premier League club, King Faisal where he once played during the twilight of his career.
He currently holds a CAF License D and is focused on acquiring the B with an idea of furthering with the A in future.
