Head coach of Asante Kotoko, Seydou Zerbo has lamented his charges profligacy against arch rivals, Hearts of Oak in their week 20 Premier League game.
The Porcupine Warriors suffered a 1-0 loss courtesy Konadu Yiadom’s second half header in a game that also served as the 2023 President Cup.
Losing three points and missing two successive President Cups is not what head coach, Seydou Zerbo finds appealing.
“All of us enjoyed the game and it was very competitive.
“A team like Hearts of Oak, they also played very well, Kotoko also played very well.
“If we had taken our chances that we got, it would have been a different story.” Seydou Zerbo said.
The defending champions remain in third on 31 points as rivals Hearts of Oak but on superior goal difference.
