The cycling fraternity will converge at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday April 12th, 2023 at 9:00am for the grand launch of this year’s “Aboakyir Cycling Race.”
The Ghana Cycling Federation in collaboration with the Efutu Traditional Council will put gother a day’s race to serve as antecedent to the main Deer Hunt Festival on Saturday, the 29th of April, 2023.
The Cycling Federation seeks to use this event as a platform towards the Glasgow World Cycling Championships in August this year and International Tour of Ghana later in September this year.
High profile dignitaries will grace the occasion with the Paramount Chief of Effutu Traditional Area, Neenyi Ghartey VII expected in attendance.
