Crystal Palace interim manager, Roy Hodgson has heaped praise on Ghana striker Joran Ayew after his jaw-dropping performance in the big win against Leeds United.
The Black Stars forward bagged a brace on top of a fine display over the weekend to help the Eagles to secure three points from the England Premier League game at Elland Road.
Speaking in a post-match interview, Palace manager Roy Hodgson was left in awe and insisted that if he was to single out a top performer in the match it will be Jordan Ayew.
“If I had to single somebody out that doesn’t get a lot of praise it would be Jordan Ayew.
“Not only his two goals, but his enormous work rate helped us enormously in the game and that set a bit of a marker,” Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson said.
After his two goals against Leeds United, Jordan Ayew now has three goals this season in the English Premier League.
