Assistant coach of King Faisal, Godwin Ablordey says their next game against Samartex is a “must win.”
The “Insha Allah Boys” saw off fellow premier League side, Nsoatreman by 3-2 to book the final of the MTN Cup competition.
Their position on the 2022/23 BetPawa Premier League however leaves much to be desired with 36 points on 17th.
Godwin Ablordey spoke to StarTimes.
“It is a must win, we must win that game if we want to be in the premier league.
“This is our home game and we need to win to stay in the premiership.
“So it depends on us, we and the players we are going to make sure that we train hard and make sure we stay in the premiership.
“We have to make sure that we win against Samartex.” Godwin Ablordey told StarTimes.
Their next assignment is against SamarTex on Sunday May 21 at the Baba Yara Stadium.
