According to our colleagues at Sports Zone, PIF are continuing their assault to attempt to acquire some of the best players in world football with an effort to sign Senegalese international Sadio Mané from Bayern Munich.
PIF plan to place him at Al-Ettifaq, the Saudi Arabian 1st division team who are in the process of concluding the arrival of Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard as their new head coach.
Like Kalidou Koulibaly, Mané has been told that should he desire to make the move to Saudi Arabia but that Al-Ettifaq is uninteresting to him, then PIF will allow for Mané to sign for whichever team he wants to within the country.
The outlet claims that the player is being offered to a number of European teams also as both Bayern Munich and Mané are considering their options – those teams include Real Madrid, PSG and a number of English teams but that nobody is biting at the chance to sign the 31-year-old.
