Former Hearts of Oak forward, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh scored a brace as FC Zurich beat Lugano 3-0 in the Swiss Super League on Saturday.
The CAF U-20 AFCON winner found the back of the net on the 68th minute following a barren first half at the Letzigrund.
Barnieh doubled his tally and his side’s second with 76 minutes played – receiving a yellow card in between the second goal.
Jonathan Okita iced the cake for Zurich on the 80th minute to send the home side top of the table with seven points from three games.
Afriyie Barnieh has started all those three games – lasting 85 minutes against Lugano.
