Head coach of Ghana Premier League side, Nations FC, Kassim Mingle has praised club owner, Dr Kwame Kyei for his professional ethics.
According to Mingle, Dr Kyei gives room to coaches to work without interfering in their activities.
Mingle joined the newly promoted side after leaving Bechem United – a club he guided to 3rd place finishes in two consecutive seasons.
The tough talking coach spoke to Radio Gold Sports.
“He is a nice man and he understands the game, he gives you your freedom to work.
“When you and give him a player, he will tell you I’m not a coach, send him to the training ground.
“When a coach decides to pick him fine, I don’t have a say in it.
“He is a nice man, he understands football and he is very friendly too.” Kassim Mingle told Radio Gold Sports.
