Former Asante Kotoko midfielder, Michael Akuffo has praised the inclusion of former Ghana coach, Kwasi Appiah in the club’s Interim Management Committee.
The ex-international is part of an IMC constituted by club patron, Otumfour Osei Tutu II to steer Kotoko for the next few years.
Michael Akuffo spoke to Radio Gold Sports.
“His inclusion is very massive for the club looking at his experience and where he has been through football.
“His career from Asante Kotoko to coaching the national team, I meaning coaching the national team.
“I think it is a good thing for the club and a good thing for coach Prosper Narteh Ogum where he will have a free hand to work and also share technical ideas with Kwasi Appiah.
“This is a good thing and I am very happy that the former players are getting closer to the club help the club get back to its glory days.” Michael Akuffo told Radio Gold Sports
