Head coach of Bechem United, Bismark Kobby Mensah has opened up on their preparations ahead of next season BetPawa Premier League.
Kobby Mensah had a torrid time at Great Olympics where their marriage nearly sent the “Dade” Boys to Division One.
His service was dispensed with by the two time Ghana Premier League champions at the end of last season and he has pitched camp with the Hunters for the upcoming term.
The former Karela United FC coach spoke to Radio Gold Sports.
“It [pre-season] is not bad at all but the first thing to do is to blend the individuals because the team has its core of players apart from Hafiz Konkoni who has traveled and will not come back and maybe two more player who are likely to travel.
“So you will not do much recruitment or add more players so a few players in some various positions.
“So the team is there and the first thing to do is to blend the individual characteristic into cohesive units whereby we can achieve the optimal team balance so that is the first thing we are doing now and I think it is going well.” Bismark Kobby Mensah told Radio Gold Sports
