A board member of Ghana Premier League club, Hearts of Oak, Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe has endorsed incumbent Ghana Football Association president, Kurt Okraku for another term.
The GFA elections are set for September barring any unforeseen circumstance with Kurt Okraku bidding to retain his seat for another term.
The former Ghana FA Cup Committee Chairman faces another experienced football administrator, George Afriyie in a two horse race come the next month.
Dr. Tamakloe, who has headed the GFA for a term between 2001 and 2005, believes Kurt Okraku deserves another term in office.
Kurt Okraku took office in 2019 with his administration leading Ghana to successfully win the 2021 CAF U-20 Championship under coach Karim Zito in Mauritania.
Ghana qualified for the 2022 AFCON in Cameroon with a World Cup berth also secured for the year in Qatar.
He administration has had its shortfalls like any other but certainly needs a continuity according to the astitute Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe.
