Ghanaian side Dreams FC put a confident performance in Conakry against Milo FC in the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round on Saturday, August 19, 2023.
The Ghana FA Cup champions traveled to Guinea to face Milo FC in the first leg of the first stage of the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round.
Dreams FC enjoyed the first forty-five minutes with descent performance, dictating the game throughout the entire first half which gave them the lead through Gael Aholou.
Despite conceding the first goal, Milo FC came back from the recess to show dominance and eventually had the equalizer.
The 1:1 stalemate gives Dreams FC huge confidence ahead of the reverse fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium on August 27, 2023.
The winner of the tie will face Guinean powerhouse AC Horoya in the final stage of the preliminary round before making it to the group stage of the competition.
