Head coach of Dreams fc, Abdul Karim Zito says their Super Cup clash against Medeama SC will be used to prepare for their next game in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The two sides will face off in the 2023 Champion of Champions at the Cape Coast Stadium on Sunday, September 3 at 3:00pm.
Dreams fc qualified for the second round of the CAF Confederation Cup after kicking out Guinea side, Milo fc over two legs.
Karim Zito will lead his charges against Sierra Leone club, Kallon FC in the next round and he wants to shape his side with the experience that will be gathered from the Super Cup encounter.
“A lot of experience for both of us because our players who have never been to or have never played Confederation Cup before in Africa.
“So for now they are briefing the air of importance for qualifying to the next stage.
“I’m using this game on two purposes, one to enhance preparation for our next stage of the Confederation Cup, two to win it and add it to our cups.
“So it is a match of importance for us.” Karim Zito told Radio Gold Sports.
