Hearts of Oak’s latest signing, Kelvin Osei Asibey has expressed delight in joining the millennium champions.
The lanky defender joined the record Ghana FA Cup holders from Techiman Eleven Wonders earlier this year.
The 22-year-old is expected to bolster the squad for next season’s BetPawa Premier League which kicks off this month.
“I was happy when I signed for the club because Accra Hearts of Oak is the biggest club in Ghana.
“It is everyone’s dream to play for Hearts of Oak so when I signed the joy became extraordinary.” Osei Asibey told Hearts of Oak media.
The Phobians have already recorded some big wins in their last four friendly games.
They earned an 11-1 win over Miracle Land fc before pummeling Lazio Spot 4-1.
They followed it up with a 4-0 win over Dolphins fc after beating Attram De Visser 6-1 with these games held at the Pobiman Football Academy.
The 2000 CAF Champions League winners will open their 2023/24 BetPawa Premier campaign against RTU at the Aliu Mahama Stadium in September.
