Ex-Ghana youth international, Ali Jarrah wants the club to translate their fine pre-season results into next term’s BetPawa Premier League.

The Phobians have recorded heavy wins in their last five pre-season games against lower tier sides at the Pobiman Football Academy.

Ali Jarrah who kept for the club during his hay-days, spoke to Radio Gold Sports: “We have seen couple of signings and then I saw the pre-season which was going on well.

“They have had the players moving to Pobiman which is encouraging, all these, the new branding, the jerseys, the outfit and souvenirs which is going on very well, we pray that it is carried on to the pitch.

“Let’s hope and pray that our first game, first, second, third game Hearts of Oak will perform very well.

“We have a new look technical direction, let’s hope and pray that everything works for us.” Ali Jarrah told Radio Gold Sports.

They earned an 11-1 win over Miracle Land fc before pummeling Lazio Spot 4-1.

They followed it up with a 4-0 win over Dolphins fc after beating Attram De Visser 6-1 with these games held at the Pobiman Football Academy.

Hearts of Oak will face another second tier side, Vision FC at the All Nations University Park in the Eastern Region where the Phobians are continuing the pre-season.

The 2000 CAF Champions League winners will open their 2023/24 BetPawa Premier campaign against RTU at the Aliu Mahama Stadium in September.
